Refund Policy

At Vdroid Web Themes Pvt. Ltd. (“Vdroid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide high-quality services based on mutually agreed-upon proposals between the client and us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to refunds for our services.

1. Proposal Agreement

All our services are provided based on the terms outlined in a mutually agreed-upon proposal between the client and Vdroid. The proposal specifies the scope of work, features, and deliverables. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review and discuss the proposal before entering into an agreement.

2. Refund Calculation

If, for any reason, Vdroid is unable to deliver a feature or item as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal, the corresponding effort for that feature or item will be calculated. The amount calculated will be either deducted from the total project cost or refunded to the client, depending on the client’s preference.

3. Design Works and Questionnaire

For design works, we conduct a detailed questionnaire before initiating the design process. This questionnaire allows clients to provide information about their taste, preferences, and goals. Once the design process has started, refunds will not be granted based on subjective reasons such as personal preferences or changes of mind. We encourage clients to communicate openly during the questionnaire phase to ensure their expectations are considered in the design.

4. Refund Terms

Refunds are subject to the following terms:

• Refund requests must be submitted customer support form within 10 days of the identified issue.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving a valid refund request.
• Refunds are issued through the original payment method used by the client.
• The client may choose to have the refund amount deducted from the total project cost instead of receiving a direct refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project or service at any time before the start of the work. However, cancellation after the initiation of the project may be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be determined based on the work already completed and any incurred expenses up to the cancellation date.
